Your inquiries
The coaching inquiry form prepares an email for you to send through your chosen email service. Preparing it does not send the email or book a session. Your name, email address and coaching context are used to respond when you send the inquiry; they are not included in our analytics events.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Accept all” or enable “Website analytics” in Manage preferences, we load Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources, content expansions and booking or email-preparation clicks. Google receives technical information associated with those requests, including browser and device information and your IP address in transit. Analytics cookies help distinguish browsers and visits. We configure these cookies to expire after 180 days without extending their expiry on each visit. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, inquiry text or full query strings. Campaign links should contain campaign names only, never personal information.
We do not load Google Analytics before your permission. Rejecting optional tracking leaves the website and inquiry tools available. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. “Reject all” declines both optional purposes in one click. Neither choice subscribes you to marketing email. Use “Privacy & cookies” below to change it. Withdrawing permission stops further analytics collection and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase previously collected data.
Optional contact and company tracking
Choosing “Accept all” enables both optional purposes. You can instead use “Manage preferences” to enable only “Contact and company tracking” or only “Website analytics.” HubSpot loads only when its purpose is enabled. HubSpot receives website activity, pages visited, timestamps, IP addresses, browser information and online identifiers. Tracking links in our HubSpot emails can connect a consenting browser’s visits with an existing contact record. This does not identify every visitor. We exclude the email-preparation form from HubSpot’s automatic form collection: preparing an unsent inquiry does not submit its contents to HubSpot.
With this choice enabled, HubSpot also uses visitor information for company identification and to improve its commercial dataset, products and services, including buyer intent. Company matches are estimates. Read what HubSpot collects and HubSpot’s privacy policy.
HubSpot’s visitor identifier cookies can last up to six months; some session cookies expire sooner. Our permission choice expires after 180 days. You can withdraw using “Privacy & cookies”; this stops future HubSpot tracking and removes its visitor cookies from this site. Previously collected records are not automatically erased. Cookie choices apply to this browser and site origin, so you may be asked separately on www.simplelens.com.
Email and advertising
HubSpot marketing emails may record tracked-link clicks and, when enabled in the email settings, image loads used to estimate opens. Email-open estimates are affected by image blocking, proxies and security tools; opening an email alone does not reliably establish a website identity. Email subscription preferences are separate from website cookie permission.
This site does not enable advertising pixels, Google signals or session recordings. A content expansion is an interaction, not proof that someone read the content. An email-preparation click is not a confirmed inquiry or booking.
Hosting and other services
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. They may process request information and use security cookies to deliver and protect the site. Your email service processes an email draft when you choose to open it. See Google’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy for their practices.
